Lyallpur Khalsa College Organized Football Trials

Premier educational institution Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar holds a unique place in the educational, sports and cultural field. The college conducts sports trials for 22 sports events to instill enthusiasm for sports among the students. Under this, football trials were conducted today at the college ground in which more than 150 players from various academies participated. The name of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, shone in the whole world when Gurindervir Singh, an alumnus of the college, completed the 100-meter race in 10.9 seconds, creating a new national record. Principal Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu congratulated Gurindervir Singh and informed that a prayer of thanks was offered at the Gurdwara Sahib of the college for this feat of Gurindervir Singh. Lyallpur Khalsa College organizes friendly cricket match between Teaching and Non-teaching XI

Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar provides a conducive environment to its employees and students for their mental well being and good health. Recently, a 16 overs cricket match was played between Teaching XI and Non-Teaching XI at the college playground. Principal Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu attended the event as the chief guest. Dr. Sandhu in his opening remarks wished good luck to both teams and added that friendly cricket matches are organized every year and  these events bring out moments of joy, reduce stress and  maintain fitness of the teaching and non-teaching staff. A Volleyball League-2025 was organized at Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar by the Department of Physical Education and Sports in which staff of the college participated enthusiastically. Three teams LKC Warriors, LKC Fighters and LKC Spartans were formed in this league tournament which included members of both teaching and non teaching faculty. In the same series, the college has created a record by winning the Inter College First Runner Up General Trophy of Guru Nanak Dev University. 75th Senior State Football Championship is  being organized by District Football Association at Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar. S. Senior State Football Championship began in Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar today organized by district Football Association Jalandhar the championship was inaugurated by Mr Perfect Singh the MLA Jalandhar Cantt and the former captain of Indian hockey team and S.
