Premier educational institution Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar holds a unique place in the educational, sports and cultural field. The college conducts sports trials for 22 sports events to instill enthusiasm for sports among the students. Under this, football trials were conducted today at the college ground in which more than 150 players from various academies participated. The name of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, shone in the whole world when Gurindervir Singh, an alumnus of the college, completed the 100-meter race in 10.9 seconds, creating a new national record. Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar provides a conducive environment to its employees and students for their mental well being and good health. Recently, a 16 overs cricket match was played between Teaching XI and Non-Teaching XI at the college playground. Principal Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu attended the event as the chief guest.
