Students of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar have performed splendidly in Guru Nanak Dev University exams of M.A. Geography Semester-III. In a press release today, the Principal of the College Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu  informed that Parul bagged 1st positions by getting 8.20 SGPA out of 10, whereas Ipsa Joshi bagged 2nd position by getting 8.00 SGPA and Chandrika bagged 3rd position by getting 7.80 SGPA in the same class. P.G. Department of Political Science, Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar organized an event of mock parliament. Principal Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu was present as the chief guest, who honoured the outstanding as well as all participants with medals and certificates. Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, provides scholarships to needy and meritorious students, assists them to pursue their respective studies and also motivates various non-governmental social welfare organizations to provide scholarships to the meritorious students of the college. Keeping this intact, 38 NSS volunteers of the college participated in Hiking and trekking camps.
