 Student of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar have performed splendidly in Guru Nanak Dev University exams of B.SC (Economics) Semester-II. In a press release today, the Principal of the College Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu informed that Prabhleen Kaur bagged 2nd  position by getting 8.24 CGPA out of 10. The President of the College Governing Council Sardarni Balbir Kaur and Principal Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu congratulated the student and wished her success in life. Keeping this intact, the NSS unit of the college organized a seminar on Meditation and Drug Prevention and a one day Medical Camp in the campus. P.G. Department of English, Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, in collaboration with Dean CDC, GNDU, Amritsar, and Government of Punjab, organized a Poster-Making and Calligraphy Competition on the theme “Teachings and Life of Guru Ravidas Ji”. The students from undergraduate and post-graduate classes participated. The beautiful posters and calligraphy stand a testimony to the relevance of the simple yet effective philosophy of saints like Sri Guru Ravidas Ji as a unifying message of brotherhood and equality. Lyallpur Khalsa College celebrated National Sports Day on 29th August 2026 to mark the birth anniversary of the legendary hockey player, Major Dhyan Chand. The event was organized by the Department of Physical Education & Sports. The Chief Guest of the occasion was S.
