  Sushant Lalotra, a student of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar, who secured 1st position in 3rd Semester in University exams of MA-Geography by getting 350 marks out of 400, whereas Gurbachan Dass and Ramandeep bagged 2nd and 4th positions by getting 349 and 341 marks out of 400 respectively. These contests were organized to spread awareness of voting in upcoming by election of Kartarpur area. National Cadet Corps (Army Wing) Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar organised a farewell function for the C certificate pass out cadets.
