Sahit Kala Kendra Jalandhar and Ipsa Australia in collaboration with the Postgraduate Punjabi Department of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar, a leading institution in North India, presented the 9th Ghadri Bhai Santokh Singh Dhardio Award 2025 to political thinker Dr. Jagroop Singh Sekhon. Road Safety Awareness Program organized at Lyallpur Khalsa College

NSS unit Lyallpur Khalsa College in collaboration with District Traffic Police and NYKS organized 03 day Road Safety Awareness Program to make citizens aware about road safety. Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh initiated as well as concluded the drive. He conveyed that it is the collective responsibility of all the citizens, traffic police and administration to minimize road accidents. He emphasised that lack of road safety awareness, use of alcohol and mobiles while driving are major causes of road accidents. Lyallpur Khalsa College won the First Runner-up General Trophy of Guru Nanak Dev University Sports

Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar is known for achievements in the field of academics as well as in the field of sports. In the same series, the college has created a record by winning the Inter College First Runner Up General Trophy of Guru Nanak Dev University. Sardarni Balbir Kaur, President Governing Council congratulated the Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh and Dr. Rashpal Singh, Dean Sports, on this achievement. The students and staff at Lyallpur Khalsa College paid their obeisance on the occasion of Sehaj Path held in the college Gurudwara today as a part of Gurupurab celebrations of Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji. 6 NCC cadets of Lyallpur Khalsa College will be part of Republic Day parade

Students of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar are actively participating in academic, sports and cultural competitions as well as disciplined activities of NCC. NCC cadet Manish Kumar is participating in the national camp organized in New Delhi on the occasion of 76th Republic Day, while 6 cadets of the college are going to be a part of the parade to be held at Guru Gobind Singh Stadium.
