 The students, staff and President of the College Governing Council Sardarni Balbir Kaur, along with the members of the Management Committee today paid their obeisance at Sehaj Path held in the College Gurudwara today on the Barsi of Late Sardar Balbir Singh Ex-Member Parliament who remained the president of the College Governing Council for four decades. The occasion of 17th Barsi of S. Balbir Singh will be observed on 13 February 2025 at the Gurdwara Sahib of the college.  Dr. Jaspal Singh, Principal of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar, a renowned educational institution of North India, retired from the post after providing his excellent services as Principal at Lyallpur Khalsa College. Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar NSS Unit and Red Ribbon Club LKC organized a Rally to spread awareness regarding HIV/AIDS. Principal Dr. Suman Chopra in her message stated that there is a lack of knowledge of HIV/AIDS in India among adults which needs to be increased through the mass events by involving youth. She advised the students to maintain a healthy lifestyle and engage in physical activities. Later, she flagged off the rally.
