Students of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar have performed splendidly in Guru Nanak Dev University exams of M.A. Geography Semester-III. In a press release today, the Principal of the College Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu  informed that Parul bagged 1st positions by getting 8.20 SGPA out of 10, whereas Ipsa Joshi bagged 2nd position by getting 8.00 SGPA and Chandrika bagged 3rd position by getting 7.80 SGPA in the same class. The President of the College Governing Council Sardarni Balbir Kaur and Principal Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu congratulated the students and wished them success in life. Dr. Pooja Rana Head P.G. Department of Geography, Prof. Kamalpreet Kaur, Prof. Kartik and Prof. Ishu were also present on this occasion.

ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਲਾਨੇ ਐੱਮ.ਏ. ਭੂਗੋਲ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਮੈਸਟਰ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ 'ਚ ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੱਲਾਂ ਮਾਰੀਆਂ।ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣ ਪਾਰੁਲ ਨੇ 10 ਵਿਚੋਂ 8.20 ਐਸ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਏ. ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਮੈਰਿਟ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ, ਇਪਸਾ ਜੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੇ 8.00 ਐਸ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਏ. ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੂਜਾ, ਚੰਦਰਿਕਾ ਨੇ 7.80 ਐਸ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਏ. ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਰਦਾਰਨੀ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਕੌਰ, ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਗਵਰਨਿੰਗ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਰਸ਼ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਰਸ਼ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਰ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਅਤੇ ਲਗਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਡਾ. ਪੂਜਾ ਰਾਣਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਭੂਗੋਲ ਵਿਭਾਗ, ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਕਮਲਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ, ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਕਾਰਤਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਇਸ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
