Lyallpur Khalsa College Students Win University Merit Positions in MA-Music (Vocal) Semester-IV

Student of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar performed excellently in Guru Nanak Dev University exams. In a press release, the Principal of the College Dr. Suman Chopra informed that students Khushi and Charanpreet Kaur bagged 1st position jointly in the MA Music (Vocal)-IV Semester by getting 9.45 CGPA out of 10, whereas Simranjeet Kaur secured 3rd  position by getting 9.33 CGPA, Anurada secured 4th position by getting 9.27 CGPA and Mridul Talwar secured 5th position by getting 9.21 CGPA. Principal Dr. Suman Chopra also said that the College was committed to provide quality education to its students and it would ensure all possible help to the deserving and needy students. The President of the College Governing Council Mrs. Balbir Kaur congratulated the student and wished them success in life. Prof. Sukhdev Singh, Head, Department of Music, Prof. Kiran Amar and Prof. Mayuri Muskan and were also present on this occasion.

ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਲਾਨੇ ਐਮ.ਏ. (ਮਿਊਜ਼ਿਕ ਵੋਕਲ) ਚੌਥਾ ਸਮੈਸਟਰ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਰਿਹਾ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਚਰਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ 10 ਸੀ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਏ. ਵਿਚੋਂ 9,45 ਅੰਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਮੈਰਿਟ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸਥਾਨ, ਸਿਮਰਨਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ 9,33 ਅੰਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੀਜਾ,ਅਨੁਰਾਧਾ ਨੇ 9.27 ਅੰਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਚੌਥਾ ਅਤੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਦੂਲ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਨੇ 9.21 ਅੰਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੰਜਵਾਂ ਸਥਾਨ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਰਦਾਰਨੀ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਕੌਰ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਗਵਰਨਿੰਗ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਸੁਮਨ ਚੋਪੜਾ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਰ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਅਤੇ ਲਗਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਲਜ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਵੀ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਥਾਨ ਜਾਂ ਮੈਰਿਟ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਣਗੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਸੁਖਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੁਖੀ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ, ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਕਿਰਨ ਅਮਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋ.ਮਯੁਰੀ ਮੁਸਕਾਨ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
