Students of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar have performed splendidly in Guru Nanak Dev University exams of M.A. History Semester-III. In a press release today, the Principal of the College Dr. Suman Chopra informed that Arshpreet Kaur, Mangaljit and Deepak Bains bagged 1st, 5th and 7th positions by getting 8.60, 7.60 and 7.20 SGPA out of 10 respectively. The President of the College Governing Council Sardarni Balbir Kaur and Principal Dr. Suman Chopra congratulated the students and wished them success in life. Principal Dr. Suman Chopra encouraged the students to study with more hard work and dedication in the future. Dr. Amandeep Kaur, Dr. Karanbir Singh and Dr. Sandeep Kaur were also present on this occasion.

ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਲਾਨੇ ਐਮ.ਏ. ਹਿਸਟਰੀ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਮੈਸਟਰ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਰਿਹਾ। ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣ ਅਰਸ਼ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ 10 ਵਿਚੋਂ 8.60 ਐਸ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਏ. ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਮੈਰਿਟ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸਥਾਨ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਮੰਗਲਜੀਤ ਨੇ 7.60 ਐਸ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਏ. ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੰਜਵਾਂ ਸਥਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੀਪਕ ਬੈਂਸ ਨੇ 7.20 ਐਸ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਏ. ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਤਵਾਂ ਸਥਾਨ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਰਦਾਰਨੀ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਕੌਰ, ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਗਵਰਨਿੰਗ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਸੁਮਨ ਚੋਪੜਾ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਸੁਮਨ ਚੋਪੜਾ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਰ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਅਤੇ ਲਗਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਡਾ. ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ, ਡਾ. ਕਰਨਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਡਾ. ਸੰਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
