Lyallpur Khalsa College is known for carrying forward the heritage of Bhangra and taking it to international level. This Mecca of Bhangra is organizing Punjabi Folk Dance Bhangra Camp from 11th July to 20th July 2024. Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh, Vice Principal Prof. A meeting was held regarding the planning and implementation of the camp under the leadership of Jasreen Kaur and Registrar Prof. Navdeep Kaur, in which it was said that Bhangra not only entertains but also keeps the body fit. This dance form is also internationally recognized. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh said that this camp is for all age groups and there is no registration fee. Lyallpur Khalsa College Students Excel in Guru Nanak Dev University Exams


Student of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar performed excellently in Guru Nanak Dev University exams. In a press release, the Principal of the College Dr. Jaspal Singh informed that Mantripat Kaur, a student has bagged 4th position in B.Com-III Semester by getting 277 marks out of 350, whereas Suryansh Sharma and Mandeep Kaur bagged 11th and 13th position by getting 267 and 264 marks respectively in the same class. This information was given in a press release by the Principal of the College Dr. Jaspal Singh. He also added that the college has a policy of providing all kinds of support to the meritorious students of the college who excel in academics sports and other co-curricular activities. The President of the College Governing Council Sardarni Balbir Kaur congratulated the students and wished them success in life.
