The Punjabi Folk Dance Bhangra Camp will start at Lyallpur Khalsa College from 11th July 2024 (Registration will be held on 9th and 10th July at 5:00 PM at Open Air Theatre)

Lyallpur Khalsa College is known for carrying forward the heritage of Bhangra and taking it to international level. This Mecca of Bhangra is organizing Punjabi Folk Dance Bhangra Camp from 11th July to 20th July 2024. Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh, Vice Principal Prof. A meeting was held regarding the planning and implementation of the camp under the leadership of Jasreen Kaur and Registrar Prof. Navdeep Kaur, in which it was said that Bhangra not only entertains but also keeps the body fit. This dance form is also internationally recognized. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh said that this camp is for all age groups and there is no registration fee. Dean Cultural Affairs Dr. Palwinder Singh Bolina said that this camp is organized every year in the college campus by the team of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar. Lyallpur Khalsa College students clear CA foundation exam

 


Six Students of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar have passed CA foundation examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi. This information was given by the college Principal Prof. Jasreen Kaur who congratulated the students, their parents and the department on this achievement. Prof. Jasreen Kaur Principal informed that Ayush Bhardwaj, Daanish Sharma, Navneet Kumar, Manpreet Singh, Harmandeep Kaur and Samridhi Babbar of  B.Com Sem-I cleared the examination under the guidance of the CA Foundation Guidance Cell of the College Commerce Department. The students were also honoured by the Principal Prof. Jasreen Kaur, H.O.D. Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu, and Dr. Navdeep Kumar, Coordinator of the Cell.
