Lyallpur Khalsa College NCC Cadets Selected for Republic Day Parade at Jalandhar

Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, has achieved yet another moment of pride as eleven NCC cadets of the college have been selected to participate in the upcoming Republic Day Parade, scheduled to be held at Guru Gobind Singh Stadium, Jalandhar. The parade will be graced by Cabinet Minister Barinder Kumar Goyal as the Chief Guest.The selected cadets are Chetan Passi, Krishna, Nitin Kumar Singh, Abhishek, Lovepreet, Deepak Kumar, Lokender Kanwar, Ravi Kumar, Harsh Soni, Dheeraj Kumar, and Md. Khadeer Basha. Chetan Passi will lead the NCC contingent. All the cadets belong to the NCC unit of Lyallpur Khalsa College and have undergone rigorous training under the able guidance of Naib Subedar Punjab Singh of 2 PB NCC Battalion, whose dedicated efforts and discipline-oriented training played a key role in their selection.   A religious function dedicated to the Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the creator of the Khalsa Panth, was organized with great devotion and enthusiasm at the Gurdwara Sahib of the college at Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, the premier educational institution of North India. The entire staff of the college and a large number of students attended the religious function.   Lyallpur Khalsa College provides ample opportunities to its students to scale new heights at national and international level. Keeping this intact, 11 NSS volunteers of the college are going to be the part of tableaux at Republic Day Parade 2026.
