Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu takes over as the Principal (Officiating) of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar

Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu, Head PG Department of Commerce, took over the charge of Principal (Officiating) of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar. Dr. Rashpal Singh is a well-known name in the field of education and especially in the educational institutions of North India. Along with teaching, he has also held other important administrative positions. Sardarni Balbir Kaur, President Governing Council and S. Jaspal Singh Waraich, Secretary Governing Council specially congratulated  Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu on becoming the Principal. On this occasion, Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu thanked Sardarni Balbir Kaur, President Governing Council for reposing faith in him and said that our institution is one of the biggest institutions of North India, and it is our primary duty to maintain its glory. He said that he is committed to working day and night for the glory of the college with the support of all the staff and students. He added that for the bright future of the students, new courses will also be introduced along with traditional courses and the students will be provided education as per the needs of the time. The occasion was witnessed by the  the heads of various departments, teaching, non-teaching staff and students of the college.

ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਉੱਘੀ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਡਾ. ਰਸ਼ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਮੁਖੀ ਕਾਮਰਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਦਾ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ। ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਡਾ. ਰਸ਼ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਪਹਿਚਾਣਿਆ ਨਾਂ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਐਡਮਨਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਹੁਦਿਆਂ ਉਪਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਿਭਾਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸਰਦਾਰਨੀ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਕੌਰ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਗਵਰਨਿੰਗ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਅਤੇ ਸ. ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੜੈਚ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਗਵਰਨਿੰਗ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਡਾ. ਰਸ਼ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਬਣਨ ਤੇ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਡਾ. ਹਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਨੇ ਸਰਦਾਰਨੀ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਕੌਰ, ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਗਵਰਨਿੰਗ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਪਰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਯਤਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਸਾਡਾ ਮੁਢਲਾ ਫਰਜ਼ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਟਾਫ ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਸਰਵਪੱਖੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਦਿਨ-ਰਾਤ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਬੱਧਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਨਹਿਰੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਨਵੇਂ ਕੋਰਸ ਵੀ ਲਿਆਂਦੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵਿਦਿਆ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਮੁੱਖੀ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ, ਸਮੂਹ ਟੀਚਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਨ-ਟੀਚਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਫ ਨੇ ਡਾ. ਰਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਬਣਨ 'ਤੇ ਵਧਾਈਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ।
