Lyallpur Khalsa College Cadets Shine in Independence Day Parade

NCC cadets of Lyallpur Khalsa College have brought laurels to the institution by participating in the Independence Day Parade to be held at Guru Gobind Singh Stadium, Jalandhar. A total of six NCC cadets from the college are participating in this prestigious event, marking a proud moment for the institution.The contingent will be led by Cadet Chetan Passi, a student of B.A. I, who has shown exceptional discipline and leadership skills. Other college cadets who will be the part of the contingent on Independence Day include Akash Yadav, Hardeep, Brij Lal, Jaspreet Singh, and Jashandeep Singh. The cadets have been rigorously trained and prepared under the expert guidance of Naib Subedar Kuldeep Singh and Havildar Balbir Singh from 2 Punjab NCC Battalion, ensuring a high standard of performance for the ceremonial occasion.Principal Dr. Suman Chopra, expressing pride in the achievement, said that our NCC cadets have always exemplified discipline, dedication, and patriotic spirit. Participating in the Independence Day Parade is not just an honour for the students but also a matter of prestige for the college. She congratulated the entire team and wish them the very best for a flawless performance on this historic day.Col. Vinod Joshi, Commanding Officer, 2 PB NCC Battalion, lauded the cadets, and said that it is commendable that Lyallpur Khalsa College has contributed six cadets for the Jalandhar contingent. Their commitment, enthusiasm, and training will reflect the true spirit of the NCC and the nation. ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਐੱਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਪਰੇਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਕੁੱਲ ਛੇ ਐੱਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਕੈਡਿਟ ਇਸ ਵੱਕਾਰੀ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਲਈ ਮਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਟੁਕੜੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕੈਡੇਟ ਚੇਤਨ ਪਾਸੀ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਬੀ.ਏ. ਪਹਿਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਅਸਾਧਾਰਨ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਹੁਨਰ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ 'ਤੇ ਟੁਕੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਾਲਜ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਯਾਦਵ, ਹਰਦੀਪ, ਬ੍ਰਿਜ ਲਾਲ, ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਜਸ਼ਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਨੇ 2 ਪੰਜਾਬ ਐੱਨਸੀਸੀ ਬਟਾਲੀਅਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਇਬ ਸੂਬੇਦਾਰ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਹਵਾਲਦਾਰ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਹੈ।ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਸੁਮਨ ਚੋਪੜਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਮਾਣ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਐੱਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ, ਸਮਰਪਣ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਗਤੀ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਦੀ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਪਰੇਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣਾ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਕਾਲਜ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਮਾਣ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਦਿਨ 'ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁਭਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ।ਕਰਨਲ ਵਿਨੋਦ ਜੋਸ਼ੀ, ਕਮਾਂਡਿੰਗ ਅਫਸਰ, 2 ਪੰਜਾਬ ਐੱਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਬਟਾਲੀਅਨ ਨੇ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਘਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਲਾਘਾਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਨੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਟੁਕੜੀ ਲਈ ਛੇ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ, ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਐੱਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸੱਚੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬਟਾਲੀਅਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਣ ਦਿਵਾਉਣਗੇ।ਐਸੋਸੀਏਟ ਐੱਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਡਾ. ਕਰਨਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰੀ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਦਾ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਮਨਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਬਲਕਿ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਗਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
