Lt. Col. Aditya Narayan Singh Delivers Insightful Lecture on Agnipath Scheme

Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, hosted an enlightening lecture on the Agnipath Scheme and Commissioned Ranks in the Indian Army, delivered by Lt. Col. Aditya Narayan Singh of 21 JAK Rifles. The event aimed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of career opportunities in the Indian Armed Forces and the Agnipath scheme. The session commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. Suman Chopra, Principal of Lyallpur Khalsa College, who expressed gratitude to Lt. Col. Singh for sharing his expertise and guiding the youth towards a future in national service. She highlighted the importance of such interactions in inspiring students to explore careers in defense services. During his lecture, Lt. Col. Aditya Narayan Singh provided an in-depth analysis of the Agnipath scheme, explaining its objectives, selection process, and benefits for young aspirants. He also shed light on various commissioned ranks in the Indian Army, the roles and responsibilities associated with them, and the structured career progression within the forces. His insights offered clarity to students aspiring to join the armed forces and serve the nation with honor and dedication. The session concluded with an engaging question and answer round, where students actively participated and sought guidance on various aspects of military life, career prospects, and the selection process. The interactive nature of the session made it highly informative and inspiring for the attendees.  Dr. Charanjit Singh extended a vote of thanks to Lt. Col. The event successfully motivated students to consider a career in the Indian Army and contribute to the nation's security.  Apart from a large number of students, Vice Principal Prof. Navdeep Kaur, NCC Incharge Dr. Karanbir Singh, Dr. Amritpal Singh Nindrayog, Dr. Navdeep Singh, Prof. Satpal Singh, Subedar Baljit Singh Sidhu and other army personnel were present on the occasion.

ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਲੈਫਟੀਨੈਂਟ ਕਰਨਲ ਆਦਿੱਤਿਆ ਨਾਰਾਇਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਦੀ ਅਗਨੀਪੰਥ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਡ ਬੈਂਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਗਿਆਨ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਥਿਆਰਬੰਦ ਸੈਨਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਨੀਪੱਥ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਰੀਅਰ ਦੇ ਮੌਕਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਸਮਝ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੀ। ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਸੁਮਨ ਚੋਪੜਾ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਘੇ ਸਵਾਗਤੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਲੈਫਟੀਨੈਂਟ ਕਰਨਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਯੂਵਾ ਵਰਗ ਨੂੰ ਸੈਨਿਕਾ ਵਰਗਾ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪੇਰਿਆ। ਆਪਣੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਲੈਫਟੀਨੈਂਟ ਕਰਨਲ ਆਦਿੱਤਿਆ ਨਾਰਾਇਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਅਗਨੀਪਥ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਇਸਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ, ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਲਾਭਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਫੌਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਡ ਚੌਂਕਾਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀਆਂ ਭੂਮਿਕਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ, ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਢਾਂਚਾਗਤ ਕੈਰੀਅਰ ਤਰੱਕੀ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਚਾਨਣਾ ਪਾਇਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੈਕਚਰ ਨੇ ਹਥਿਆਰਬੰਦ ਫੌਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਚਾਹ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ । ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਲਚਸਪ ਸਵਾਲ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੌਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਾਪਤ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਫੌਜੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ, ਕੈਰੀਅਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਵਟਾਂਦਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕੈਰੀਅਰ ਕਾਊਸਲਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਸੈੱਲ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਡਾ. ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਲੈਫਟੀਨੈਂਟ ਕਰਨਲ ਆਦਿੱਤਿਆ ਨਾਰਾਇਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸ਼ੈਸ਼ਨ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਮਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਇੱਛਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਕਾਰ ਦੇਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਸਾਬਿਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਵਾਈਸ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਨਵਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ, ਐੱਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਡਾ. ਕਰਨਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਡਾ. ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿੰਦਰਾਯੋਗ, ਡਾ. ਨਵਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਸਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸੂਬੇਦਾਰ ਬਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਫੌਜੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
