Admissions for session 2024-2025 at Lyallpur Khalsa College started

Special scholarship is given to students coming in 10+2 and University merit list: Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh

Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar, a reputed educational institution of  North India, has commenced admissions for graduation and post-graduation classes for the academic year 2024-25. While giving this information, Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh said that the college is always committed to providing quality education according to the need of the times.  He said that in today's era technology is playing an important role because of which new scientific courses have also been started in the college along with traditional ones. He said that admissions for  under-graduate classes like BA, BA Journalism and Mass Communication, B.Sc. (Medical, Non-Medical, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Biotechnology), B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Voc (Software Development), B.Design (Multimedia), Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) are ongoing while admissions for post-graduation classes like MA (Punjabi, English, History, Political Science, Economics, Geography, Music Vocal), M.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, IT, Biotechnology), Master in Tourism Management, M.Voc (Web Technology and Multimedia) are also going to start. He said that in addition to this, diploma courses DCA, DCM, DC Animation, PGDBM, PGDCA are also being run in the college, in which students are showing a lot of interest. He said that the students of the college are playing a leading role in sports and cultural activities of Guru Nanak Dev University as well. He said that during the year 2023-24, 176 students of the college were included in the merit list of the university. He informed that the college library is the richest and most advanced library in the area, with huge reading halls, a vast range of books related to every subject and all the modern facilities. He added that special scholarship is given to the students coming merit list in +2 and University exams. He also appealed to the parents and students to visit the college and enrol their children for higher education.
