Students of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar have performed splendidly in Guru Nanak Dev University exams of Diploma in Computer Animation Semester-I. In a press release today, the Principal of the College Dr. Jaspal Singh informed that Ekta Jassi and Priyanka Joshi bagged 1st and 2nd positions by getting 8.75 and 8.50 CGPA out of 10 respectively. The President of the College Governing Council Sardarni Balbir Kaur and Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh congratulated the students and wished them success in life. Prof. Sanjeev Kumar Anand Head P.G. Department of Computer Science and. Prof. Navneet Kaur were also present on this occasion.

ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਲਾਨੇ ਡਿਪਲੋਮਾ ਇੰਨ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਐਨੀਮੇਸ਼ਨ (ਡੀ.ਸੀ.ਏ.) ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸਮੈਸਟਰ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਰਿਹਾ। ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣ ਏਕਤਾ ਜੱਸੀ ਨੇ 10 ਵਿਚੋਂ 8.75 ਸੀ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਏ. ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਮੈਰਿਟ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ, ਪ੍ਰਿਅੰਕਾ ਜੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੇ 8.50 ਸੀ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਏ. ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਰਦਾਰਨੀ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਕੌਰ, ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਗਵਰਨਿੰਗ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਰ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਅਤੇ ਲਗਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਸੰਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਆਨੰਦ ਮੁਖੀ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਸਇੰਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਨਵਨੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
