Guest Lecture on ‘The untold obvious scenarios of Interview’ was organized by the PG Department of Computer Science and IT of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar. Ms Amrit Kaur who is a personality development coach, presided as the resource person in the session. Prof Jasreen Kaur, Principal of the college congratulated the department for taking this initiative for the betterment of the students. During the session, Ms Amrit presented a power point presentation on formal and informal interviews. She explained and emphasized the various factors that are to be kept in mind while in an interview. Furthermore, she talked about the traits in a person those could assure him/ her to get the job. She also conducted interactive activity and puzzles with students. Head of Department, Prof. Sanjeev Kumar Anand, gave the vote of thanks to Guest of the day and also highlighted the need to cover more of such unusual and highly required topic that would help the students in overcoming the future challenges. Coordinator of the program was Prof. Sonu Gupta. On this occasion Prof. Sandeep Bassi, Prof. Mandeep Singh Bhatia, Prof. Sandeep Singh, Prof. Manpreet Singh Lehal, Prof. Daljit Kaur, Prof. Navneet Kaur and the other faculty members of the Department were also present. More than 85 students of Department attended the Seminar.
