The Punjabi Folk Dance Bhangra Camp will start at Lyallpur Khalsa College from 11th July 2024 (Registration will be held on 9th and 10th July at 5:00 PM at Open Air Theatre)

Lyallpur Khalsa College is known for carrying forward the heritage of Bhangra and taking it to international level. This Mecca of Bhangra is organizing Punjabi Folk Dance Bhangra Camp from 11th July to 20th July 2024. Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh, Vice Principal Prof. A meeting was held regarding the planning and implementation of the camp under the leadership of Jasreen Kaur and Registrar Prof. Navdeep Kaur, in which it was said that Bhangra not only entertains but also keeps the body fit. This dance form is also internationally recognized. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh said that this camp is for all age groups and there is no registration fee. Dean Cultural Affairs Dr. Palwinder Singh Bolina said that this camp is organized every year in the college campus by the team of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar. Ekta Pandey of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar has bagged 7th position in the University exams of B.A Journalism & Mass Communication-V Semester

 


Ekta Pandey of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar has bagged 7th position in the University exams of B.A Journalism & Mass Communication-V Semester by getting 341 marks out of 450 whereas Jyotika and Samriti Tiwari bagged 8th position jointly by getting 337 marks, Rajveer Kaur and Abhishek Sagar bagged 10th position jointly by getting 333 marks in the same class. This information was given in a press release by the Principal of the College Prof. Jasreen Kaur. The President of the College Governing Council Sardarni Balbir Kaur congratulated the students and wished them success in life. Prof. Sanjeev Kumar Anand Head, P.G.
